Celebrating their latest album, STONE, the legendary Baroness announced that the Sweet Oblivion Tour. We were lucky enough to catch one of the last few shows of the tour and, damn, what a show. Baroness delivered a spellbinding performance at Boston’s Royale that left the audience in awe. The band’s dynamic energy and tight musicianship created an immersive experience, captivating the crowd from the first note to the last. The seamless blend of progressive metal and rock elements showcased Baroness’s musical versatility, with intricate guitar work, thunderous drumming, and powerful vocals that resonated throughout the venue. The setlist was a well-crafted journey through their discography, featuring both fan favorites and tracks that highlighted the band’s evolution over the years.
