CSS‘s long-awaited return to the Bay Area as part of their “It’s Been a Number of Years Tour” was met with fervent anticipation, and their performance at San Francisco’s Independent did not disappoint. Bringing a taste of their Brazilian roots to the Bay Area, CSS transported the audience on a musical journey that spanned two decades of their illustrious career. From the pulsating beats of their early hits to the experimental sounds of later singles, the band showcased the evolution of their sound while staying true to their signature style.

As they wind down this leg of the milestone tour, CSS proved that their infectious energy and genre-defying music are as relevant today as they were when they first burst onto the scene. With stops in iconic cities like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, the band reminded fans why they fell in love with their music in the first place while captivating a new generation of listeners. The “It’s Been a Number of Years Tour” served as both a celebration of CSS’s enduring legacy and a testament to their enduring creativity, leaving audiences eagerly awaiting their next chapter.

CSS next takes the stage at SoCal’s Just Like Heaven Fest on Saturday (5/18) and then is off to Europe to continue the next leg of their tour.

Check out some snaps of the show and, if you can, get to one of their shows!
