Music tastemaker, Aaron Axelsen, has been trying to get Confidence Man to perform in San Francisco for years. Axelsen runs Popscene, which is known to bring huge bands to club venues and this was certainly one for the ages. The Australian, electro-pop band stormed into town with an incredible performance at The Rickshaw Stop. Of course, the show sold out and, of course, it was a stellar performance. Replete with costume changes, stunning dance moves, and dazzling lights, this was a hell of a night for Popscene and fans of brilliant dance music. While you wait for Confidence Man to come to your city, take a look at some snaps from the show!

Marc Fong Marc Fong aka Still Harper has been shooting Bay Area live events for more than a decade. He loves a good live show and on any given day he’s likely to be at one of the many fantastic Bay Area venues.
