So to start off this expedition, Quadeca hoists a flag. To be perfectly honest, I thought he was going to use the rope to climb down from the Great American Music Hall balcony, which would’ve been an absolutely awful idea but to be honest I’ve always wanted to see it happen. One of the most underutilized areas in Bay Area venues, I swear.

The most impressive thing about this show was that, for the first time they were working with this set up and most of these songs, they knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere of a boat at sea was done so well amidst the music as the lighting worked with the outfits and flag in the background. They didn’t have to do too much and it worked so well. The whole crowd definitely helped as you could tell they’ve been itching to see the songs off of Vanisher, Horizon Scraper as they moved around and danced like the sea this boat was sailing on. Quadeca moved around in the beginning trying to get his sea legs but quickly locked in and performed songs like THUNDRRR and FORGONE like a natural. I sadly wasn’t able to make it to the second show but I can tell that he’ll only get much better as this tour goes along and I’m excited for people who’ll get to see those shows.

FearDorian got the show started and although the crowd was slow to them, everyone was on their wavelength by the 4th or 5th song, jumping and chanting along with them.
