Remy Bond brought her dreamy pop ballads and nostalgic visuals to The Independent in San Francisco on her second to last stop on the Star Shaped Baby U.S. Tour. Remy, the 21-year-old singer/songwriter who made waves in the music industry last year with her hit single “Summer Song”, took the stage in her signature pin-up Americana style. What followed was more than just a performance: it was a stunning production that included backup dancers, props, outfit changes, choreographed numbers, and even a large martini glass that Bond herself climbed into to perform “Atlantic City”. Her fans, all adorned with Hawaiian print shirts and flowers in their hair, were hooked on her every word and movement from start to finish. It was clear that this was a night that they would treasure for a long time to come.
